Cornerstone accepts interboard listings within our market areas at no charge.
Interboard listings are accepted from REALTORS® who belong to other Ontario real estate boards. These listings will be placed on Cornerstone’s MLS® System, which means your listing will be available to over 8,000 Cornerstone members and subscribers PLUS members of ITSO’s participating boards.
Cornerstone market areas include Mississauga, Burlington, Hamilton, Waterloo Region (Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge), Niagara North, Haldimand County and most of Norfolk County.

INTERBOARDING
Before you submit an interboard listing, please note the following:
- Information must be emailed to [email protected]
- Listings will be processed during regular business hours.
- Please include any contact information you wish to be displayed on the listing.
- Changes to your listing must be reported to Cornerstone MLS® Staff following the change on your Home Board listing. We will require a printout showing the completed change on your Home Board.
- Your listing must meet both the requirements of your Home Board and Cornerstone. Listings submitted within Cornerstone’s jurisdiction will be processed at no charge (see map above for jurisdictional boundaries)
- Listings outside of Cornerstone’s jurisdiction will be subject to a non-refundable fee of $90.40 ($80 + HST). Payment must be received before the listing is entered into the Cornerstone MLS® System. Once payment is processed and the listing upload begins, refunds will not be issued.
Cornerstone will activate the listing and email you a copy.
If required, an invoice will be emailed to you for payment.
- If there are any changes to your listing (i.e., price, status, updates, or corrections), you must provide an updated printout to [email protected]
- Interboard listings are not subject to activation and use of integrated web-based showing services, such as BrokerBay and ShowingTime.
- Interboard listings will not be included in Cornerstone’s upload to REALTOR.ca as your Home Board will upload it.
- Listing information submitted to the Cornerstone MLS® System will be retained and used by Cornerstone, its members, and authorized users.
Here are the requirements for submitting an interboard listing:
- Complete all mandatory fields by completing the appropriate MLS® Property Information Form found under the Cornerstone Association of REALTORS® (available in WEBforms®).
- Imperial room sizes are required.
- The form must be typed.
- Listings will not be accepted if handwritten.
- The Sellers do not need to sign.
- The information on the Cornerstone Property Information form must match the source data concerning the price, listing type, expiry, and status.
- Seller’s Direction is required if the presentation of offers is being delayed.
- Full printout of the active listing as it appears on your Home Board.
- Photo/image of the property (see format and delivery information below).
- Listings must include at least one photo or image of the property to be processed.
- Submit photos at the same time as the listing, naming them by the property address and numbering them in the desired display order.
- Photos must be attached as JPEG files.
- Embedded photos in emails will not be accepted.
- Photos can either be attached or sent via a secure iCloud Link or DropBox-type link.
- Up to 50 photos may be submitted for each listing. High-resolution images of not less than 1024 x 768 pixels will be accepted. Photos exceeding 20 Megabytes will not be loaded.
